西比灵治疗脑出血周围水肿的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究西比灵治疗脑出血周围水肿的疗效 ,进一步探讨西比灵的作用机制。方法 应用西比灵治疗脑出血 36例 ,并与对照组 30例进行比较。结果 治疗组有效率为 86 % ,高于对照组 6 0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,西比灵治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著减少 ,与对照组比差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,且治疗组在治疗后血肿量及水肿面积均较对照组有明显缩小 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 提示西比灵早期使用对减轻脑出血后神经细胞的损害 ,减轻脑水肿均有明显的效果。
