癔病性失音的针灸综合治疗

A Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of combined therapy with acupuncture for hysteric aphonia

目的 为观察针灸综合治疗癔病性失音的临床疗效。方法 采用针刺合谷穴、心理暗示、Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射洪音穴综合治疗１１例癔病性失音患者,通过病人的主观症状评估及客观检测甲状腺功能的方法,观察针灸综合治疗癔病性失音的临床疗效。结果 针灸综合治疗癔病性失音的治愈率为９３%,低功率Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射洪音穴对血液ＴＴ３、ＴＴ４水平无影响(Ｐ＞０．０５)。结论 针灸综合疗法是治疗癔病性失音的有效方法。

ve To Observe the therapeutic effect of combined therapy with acupuncture for hysteric aphonia. Methods 11 cases with hysteric aphonia were treated by needling to Hegu(LI-4) , combined with suggestion therapy and irradiation to Hongyin Point by He-Ne laser. Then the therapeutic effect was evaluated by subjective evaluation and assay of thyroid function. Results The rate of total recovery was 93% for these patients treated with this combined therapy, with no effect of low power He-Ne laser on the serum level of thyroid homone (TT3 and TT4). Conclusion The combined therapy with acupuncture is an effective one for hysteric aphonia.
