摘要
中国大学校长职业化是经济全球化背景下社会分工不断细化的客观要求 ,是教育国际化趋势下中国高等教育加速发展的迫切需要 ,是中国高等教育加快改革开放进程 ,迎接WTO挑战 ,积极参与教育服务贸易竞争的必然选择。文章重点围绕着中国大学校长职业化理念的推出、概念的界定以及职业化校长的能力结构等有关问题进行了全面而深刻的论述。
