In the popular process of higher education in our country, how to guarantee and improve the quality of higher occupational education is still a matter of great urgency. On the basis of analyzing many factors against higher occupational education, the author fundamentally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee and improve the quality of higer occupational education.
