摘要
高等院校教师的学术水平是影响高等教育质量的决定性因素之一。尽管对印度高等教育质量的高低有不同的评价 ,但由于有严格的任用与晋升制度 ,印度高校教师学历层次之高在发展中国家是十分引人注目的。本文介绍了印度高校教师的任用与晋升标准及具体做法 ,其对我国高校教师的任用与晋升制度改革有重要启示。
The academic standard of university teachers is one of the decisive factors that influence the quality of higher education. Although there are different views about the quality of higher education in India, due to the restricted recruitment and promotion system, the high-level of training of university teachers in India is outstanding among developing countries. The author introduced the standards of recruitment and promotion of university teachers in India and their concrete measures, and this should have some implications on the reform of the recruitment and promotion system in higher educational institutions in China.
