English education in middle and primary schools in western ethnic minority regions goes beyond the education of normal subjects against the background of globalization.It is necessary to have,not only a clear understanding of the reality of English education in those schools,but also the gap as well as mutual aids in English education between eastern and western regions.Investigations of the basic rules of English education in those schools should be made to set up a goal for development,optimize internal and external environments,and gradually enhance English education level.
