可伐合金与无氧铜复合材料的研制 被引量:1

THE TECHNOLOGY OF NEW COMPOSITE MATERIAL MADE BY 4J29(KOVAR) AND OXYGEN-FREE COPPER(OFNC)

摘要 采用外皮为可伐合金(4J29)内芯为无氧 Cu(UT_1),经热加工、冷加工和扩散退火等工艺复合制成的复合材料。Cu 芯是圆形的,复合界面形成固溶体并牢固地结合在一起。轴向平均线膨胀系数α_(20)—400℃=(4.9-5.5)×10^(-6)/℃。外径为1.5mm,内芯径为0.6mm 复合线,其电阻率ρ=8.3×10^(-8)Ω·m;复合界面漏气率小于6.67×10^(-8)Pa·L/S。 A new type of composite material made by 4J29 (Kovar) alloyand oxygen-free copper (OFHC) has been studied.The external part of thismaterial is 4J29 alloy and the internal core is UT1(OFHC).This materialwas mad by thermal pressing technology and afterwards,the material wassubjected to cold working and diffusional annealing process.The outer diam-eter of this composite is 1.5mm and the core diameter is 0.6mm.The interf-acial region between the two metals in this composite is solid solution withsufficient strength.The mean coefficient of linear expension along the axialdirection is α_(20—400℃)=(4.9—5.5)×10^(-6)/℃ The electrical resistivity ρ=8.3×10^(-8)Ωm.The rate of gas leakage at the interface is less than6.67×10^(-8)Pa·L/s.
