摘要
本文以湖北地勘单位档案工作为主，分析了目前档案工作存在的问题以及湖北口土资源部门针对该工作采取的相应措施，作者就此对推动地勘单位档案工作全面发展提出合理化建议。
The author analyzes the existing problems in Hubei ExpIoration and DeveIopment Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources and the treatment measures that had been put into operation by the relevant departments. Meanwhile the author puts forward some new suggestion on improving the archives management in the near fu- ture.
