摘要
本文采用电解萃取相分析方法,研究了铁、钼、碳系合金加入不同硅量,经1100、1180、1200℃淬火温度处理之后,M_6C相量及组成结构的变化:随着合金中硅含量增加,M_6C中的硅含量也增加;采用APD-10X射线衍射仪,在阳极沉淀粉末中,混入适量多晶硅标准样品,混合均匀后涂布在单晶硅载片上,采用三点抛物线拟合法测定微量萃取粉末样品中M_6C相的点阵常数.本法可以校准由于制样厚度差异而造成的点阵常数值的偏离.使该合金中M_6C相点阵常数的变化测得更加精确.发现M_6C相中硅含量增加,点阵常数值下降.
In this paper the type and electrochemical behavior of the precipitate in Fe-Mo-C-Si alloy were presented.The methods of extraction and quantitative analysis of the precipitates in this alloy were worked out.The lattice parameter of M8C phase was studied by X-ray diffraction method.
The experimental results indicate that Si content in Fe-Mo-C alloy has remarkable influence on the composition of MgC phase along with the increase of Si content in this alloy, the Si content in MeC phase increases, but the lattice parameter of M8C phase decreases.
