摘要
研究了汞(Ⅱ)-碘化物-结晶紫(CV)—TritonX-100—聚乙烯醇(PVA)体系的分光光度特性和最适宜显色条件.在0.018~0.04mol/L硝酸介质范围内,本显色体系在545nm处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.3×10~5,对比度较高,显色速度快.在TritonX-100存在下,其组成比为Hg(Ⅱ):Ⅰ^-:CV=1:4:2.0~25μgHg/50ml范围内,服从比尔定律.可不经分离,直接测定痕量汞.本方法已成功地应用到测定水和工业废水中的痕量汞.
The spectrophotometric properties of mercury-icdide-crystal violet (CV ) ion associate system in the presence of TritonX-100 and polyvinyl alcohol vere studied. The system has its absorption maximum at 545nm in 0.018-0.04mol/L HNO3 medium. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.3*105 at54Snm.Composition ratio is Hg ( Ⅱ ) : icdide : CV=1:4:2. Eeet's law is obeyed in the range of 0-25ng Hg2+/5fml. This irettcd has been successfully applied to the determination of trace Hg in water and industrial waste water.
