According to state's Western Development and the present state of the local special social economy and mineral resources, the author makes an effort to probe a way of mining industry development suitable for region feature in Wuhai City. This way will contributes to not only utilizing mineral resources to bring along the economic development, but also harnessing and protecting environment.
