摘要
烧结法粗液与拜耳法溶出矿浆合流后 ,既简化了生产工艺 ,节省了投资与能耗 ,又降低了氧化铝生产成本 ,兼有混联法与串联法的优点。针对合流点的选择和不同合流点的脱硅效果及其合流的比例进行了研究 ,并提出了合流工艺流程 。
The combination of sintering process'unrefined solution and Bayer Process' digested slurry makes production technology of alumina simple,and investing, energy cosumption and production cost of alumina lower. The authors put forward combination's flowsheet and investigated desilicanation with the new technology.
