摘要
本文对铜矿峪矿选矿厂近几年的生产情况进行了分析 ,通过加强管理和技术改造提高了球磨机运转率 ,使球磨机运转率达到 94 %以上 ,居国内领先水平 ;通过降低碎矿产品粒度 ,使球磨机台效提高 ,从而为铜矿峪矿选矿厂达产 4 0万t/a提供了条件。并对存在问题进行分析 。
In this paper, the concentrator production situations in recent years in Tongkuangyu Mine are analysed. Through strengthening production management and technical reformation, the ball mill running efficiency reached above 94%, which is advanced in domestic. Decreasing crushing product size, and increasing mill hour capacity, which provides foundation for reaching the capacity of 4000000t/a. Some issues are put out, and some suggestions are put forward.
