The Party construction work should be creative, practical and effective, should lay solid foundation in theory and confirm the belief in ideal. We should stick to constant work, focus on the quality of teaching and education, adopt various ways and forms and create fine atmosphere suitable to the Party construction work for overall development of higher schools.
