降糖益肾方对2型糖尿病肾病大鼠影响的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Effects of Formula for Decreasing Blood Sugar and Enriching Kidney on Rats with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察降糖益肾方对 2型糖尿病肾病大鼠的药效作用。方法采用电镜、光镜及生化检查的方法观察降糖益肾方对 2型糖尿病大鼠的肾脏结构及功能的影响。结果降糖益肾方对 2h后血糖有显著降低作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,能有效抑制肾小球系膜基质的增生 ,减轻血管腔狭窄 ,降低肾小球滤过率 (GFR)、尿微量白蛋白以及β2 -微球蛋白 ( β2 -MG)的排泄率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善高血脂状态 ,降低血清甘油三酯 (TG)、血清总胆固醇 (TC)含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低血栓素B2 (TXB2 )与T K比值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善微血管循环障碍的状态。结论降糖益肾方可通过参与调节糖代谢、脂类代谢以及改善血流动力学使肾小球高灌注状态得到改善。

Objective To study the pharmacodynamic effects of Formula for Decreasing Blood Sugar and Enriching Kidney on diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods The effects of this formula on the renal structure and function of rats with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were observed by light microscopy, electronic microscopy and biochemical assay. Results the formula significantly decreased blood sugar 2?h after meal, effectively controled hyperplasia of glomerular mesangium stromata, relieved the stricture of vascular cavity, reduced the GFR and excretory rate of β 2-MG, improved the status of hyperlipidemia, and specially decreased the levels of TC, TXB 2 and T/K in serum. Conclusion The formula can improve the status of hyper-perfusion through joining the regulation of glycometabolism,lipid metabolism and improving hemodynamics.
