摘要
目的探索肾衰康颗粒剂中丹参脂溶性成分提取工艺的改进。方法以丹参酮ⅡA 为考察指标 ,动态考察了提取 (冷浸及回流 )、浓缩 (减压及常压 )、喷雾干燥、烘干等工艺步骤对丹参酮ⅡA 含量的影响。结果老工艺对丹参酮ⅡA 保存率低 ,成品中仅为 1 .4 % ;采用冷浸法、减压浓缩 ,以浓缩液为润湿剂 ,湿法制粒 ,低温干燥工艺制备的颗粒剂中丹参酮ⅡA 含量最高 ,保存率为 5 3.3%。结论丹参酮ⅡA 对热不稳定 ,工艺中应尽量避免受热工艺步骤 ,新工艺能显著提高成品中丹参酮ⅡA 含量。
Objective To establish a best extraction processing technique for radix salviae Miltiorrhizae of Shenshuaikang Granules.Methods By comparing the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A, the effectiveness of processing techniques like extraction (cool dip or refluence), concentration (decompression or normal compression), spray-drying, oven drying, ect, were valuated. Results The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was lower when processed by the old extraction technique, with a reserving rate only 1.4% in the end product. However, the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was the highest, when using the cool dip, and decompression, to make grains by wet method and cold drying.Conclusion Tanshinone Ⅱ A will be decomposed when it is warmed.So,it is important to avoid warming as much as possible. The new processing technique can significantly raise the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in the end product.
