On Several Negative Factors Affecting the Running of the Country according to Law and the Countermeasures

新中国建立至今 ,经过实践和摸索 ,确立了依法治国是我党领导人民治理国家的基本方略。然而 ,时至今日还有许多消极因素影响着依法治国的顺利进行。本文旨在对影响依法治国的几个因素进行揭示并提出相应的消除措施。

Since 1949 and through practice and trial, the running of the country according to law has proved to be the basic principle of our Party. However, there are still quite a few negative factors affecting the running of the country according to law. This article analyses several key factors and brings up some countermeasures.
