On the Farmers' Loss and Regaining of Confidence in Law

本文通过个案的方式分析了农民对法律缺乏信任、信仰的原因 ,并提出了树立对法律信仰的基本对策和思路。旨在于说明塑造全民对法律的信仰是实现法治的必由之路和灵魂。

Through case studies, the author analyses the causes of the farmers' loss of confidence in law. The author also points out that the whole nation's confidence in law is the key factor and the soul for realizing the ruling of the country by law.
