摘要
本文介绍一个测定锗的FIA分光光度法,测锗可在室温条件下进行.摩尔吸光系数为5.1×10~4,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.47%(n=8),分析快速,每小时测定80个样品.
Phenylfluorone reacts with Ge (Ⅳ)in 1.2mol/L hydrochloric acid to form a soluble red complex in the presence of CTMAB. According to above method characteristic and the gradient dilution technique of FIA, a flow injection spectrophotometric method for the determination of germanium is built up by the only injection of a single standard solution. The molar absorptivity is 5.1×104 at room temperature. The relative standard deviation is 0.47%(n=8) .The average Sampling rate is 80 samples per hour.
