摘要
本文研究了在pH5.0HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中,高碘酸钾氧化中性红,锰(Ⅱ)催化,氨三乙酸活化的催化褪色反应,建立了一个催化光度法测定痕量锰的新方法.线性范围为0~10ng/ml,检出限为7.695×10^(-11)g/ml.用于环境标样和铝合金标样中痕量锰的测定均获得满意的结果.
In the paper, the catalytic fade reaction of neutral red oxidized by KIO4 with Mn(Ⅱ) catalysis and amino-triacetic acid activation, at pHS. 0 ( HAc-NaAc buffer system) has been studied. A new method for catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace manganese has been developed. The linear range is 0-10ng/ml and the limit of detection is 7.695×10-11 g/ml. It has been used to determine trace manganese in standard Sample of environment and aluminium alloy with atisfactory results.
