本文主要分析了儒学道德文化的现实意义。作为民族文化遗产的珍贵积淀,儒学道德文化虽有压抑、奴化人性的局限性,但其德政,重德崇义等道德理念具有跨时代的意义,有利于克服官僚主义,消解极端个人主义,有助于树立尊民思想,强化集体主义观念,塑造理想人格。

This article mainly discusses Confucian moral culture. As the precious accumulation of national cultural remains, through it has the limitation of constrainting and enslaving humanity, its thoughts about laying stress on the rule of virtue and righteousness etc, are good for overcoming bureaucracy, cleaning up extreme out-and-out egoist and establishing ideas of respecting people, strengthening concept of collectivism, modeling ideal personality.
