摘要
本文提供了新试剂对氟苯基荧光酮的合成方法.研究了钼(Ⅵ)—对氟苯基荧光酮—溴化十六烷基三甲铵显色体系的分光光度性质及反应条件,并拟定了直接测定钢铁试样中钼(Ⅵ)的分析方法.
The synthesis of a new colour reagent p-fluoro-phenylfluorone and the optimum conditions lot spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum with this reagent in the presence of CTMAB hare been studied. The maximum absorption and molar absorptivity of the ternary complex are 525 nm and 1.37×10 in 0.16-0.64 mol/L HC1 solution, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 9-10ug/25 ml for Mo(VI). Most of other metal ions do not interfere. This method had been used directly for the determination of Mo(VI)in steel with satisfactory results.
