抓素质教育提高学生的语用能力

To Stick to the Quality Education and Improve Students Abilities in the Application of English Language

本文将以环境科学为理论依据,浅析我国大学英语教学环境中几个亟待解决的问题,从而提出在语言教学中,素质教育必须落到实处才能真正提高学生的语用能力。笔者就自己多年工作在我国大学英语教学第一线的思考、体验和感受等,来探讨一下我国大学英语教学中存在的几个问题,试图引起更多的人能给予我国大学英语教学更多更具体的关爱,从而让我们为提高我国新世纪大学生的英语语用能力、乃至全民英语文化素质而做出我们的努力。

In the light of environment science, the essay attempts to point out a few unfavorable factors to be conquered in College English Teaching, claiming that we may not be able to improve students' competence in the application of a foreign language unless we should attach much more importance to the education of students' linguistic foundation. Based on his reflection, experience and feelings, the author of this essay tries on discussing the Existing Urgent Problems. By doing this, the author tries to arouse peoples more attention to and love for this education cause in order that we might make much more contribution to the improvement of student' abilities in the application of English language in the new century.
