摘要
目的探讨苦丁茶皂苷类物质 (Kudingchatotalsaponins,KDC -TS)对离体兔血管的作用。方法以离体兔胸主动脉条为标本 ,用去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、氯化钾 (KCl)和氯化钙 (CaCl2 )制作离体血管收缩模型的量 -效曲线 ,观察KDC -TS对以上 3种量 -效曲线的影响。结果KDC -TS可使NE、CaCl2 量 -效曲线非平行右移 ,最大效应 (Emax)降低。结论KDC -TS可对抗NE、CaCl2 所致血管收缩 ,但对KCl所致的兔主动脉条收缩无明显影响。
Objective To evaluate the effects of KDC-TS on the isolated aortic strips from rabbits.Methods The fluctuation of the dose-response curve in duced by norpinephrine(NE), KCl and CaCl 2 influenced by KDC-TS was observed. Results KDC-TS could shift the dose-response curves of NE and CaCl 2 to the right, and decreased their maximal response. Conclusion KDC-TS can obviously inhibit the contraction of the aortic strips induced by NE and CaCl 2,but with no effect on the dose-response curve of KCl.
