摘要
本文利用痕量铜(Ⅱ)在氨性介质中可催化过氧化氢氧化桑色素这一动力学反应,建立了催化荧光光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的分析方法;依荧光信号减弱为指示依据、固定时间法获得工作曲线;方法灵敏、选择性好、线性范围宽.检测下限为1.2ng/ml;对三种标准钢样测定,相对误差在4%以下.
A catalytic fluorimetric methodl based on the oxidation of morin with hydrogen pero'xide using Cu(Ⅱ) as catalyst for the determination of trace Cud ) was investigated. The catalytic reaction runs in a solution of pH = 11.00±0.50(NH3 H20-NH4C1). The calibration graph is obtained by applying the fixed-time metho-d. The linear range of the determination, is 0-12.5 ng/ml and 0-25 ng/ml for Cu(Ⅱ). The lower lirnit of determination is 1.8 ng/ml. The method has been used for the determination o'f trace Cu(Ⅱ) in the steel. The relative error is less than 4% for the deter' mination o'f three standard steel samples.
