摘要
本文通过对武定县插甸乡野生食用菌资源开发利用情况的调查,分析了野生食用菌资源的利用对当地农户家庭经济的影响和存在的问题,并对野生食用菌资源的可持续利用提出了建议。
There are many kinds of wild edible mushrooms growing in the forestedmountains in Wuding County, Yunnan. Many of them are loved by many peoplebecause they are not only good for health, but also highly nutritious and delicious. Withthe increase of the people抯 living standard and the change of consumption concept intonatural products, the wild edible mushrooms become of greater economic and utilizationvalue in food consumption as a natural and healthy food. The people who live inmushroom growing areas increase their income from the natural resources. This paperinvestigated the situation of exploitation and utilization of mushroom resources in theChadian Township, Wuding County, and analyzed the exploitation effects of ediblemushroom resources on the local farmers. Accordingly, some suggestions in sustainabledevelopment of the wild edible mushroom resources were proposed as well.
