摘要
处理CT或MRI图象得到骨骼轮廓边缘的离散数据点后,如何对数据点进行处理以获得光顺、保留原轮廓特征的曲线是三维重建过程中的重要内容。应用分段参数化样条插值方法处理轮廓点列,针对封闭曲线插值提出的计算方法简洁并易于编程实现;此外该方法为后续重建过程中需要进一步计算轮廓几何特征参数打下基础。
After discrete points are extracted from CT scan and MRI images, it is important to process them into smooth curve loyal to original bone section contour. Piecewise spline in-terpolation is proved to be suitable for this purpose, and concise algorithm is presented for closed curve interpolation. This algo-rithm is an easy start for further computation of other geometric bone contour parameters.
