The basis of 'the Three Represents'' theory is that the Communist Party of China represents reguirements of productive-forces development of progressive society from the beginning to the end.Insisting on liberating and developing productive forces,on reforms,opening to outside and developing the country by relying on science and education are the importnat approaches to implement the thought of the 'Three Represents'' theory.
