民主集中制是我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度 ,全党同志都要增强民主集中制的观念 ,严格执行民主集中制原则。年轻干部要自觉做到“四个服从” ,努力执行民主集中制原则 ,必须增强四种意识。即 :学习意识、大局意识、责任意识。

The democratic centralism is the cardinal organization and leading system of our party.All party members should strengthen the concept of democratic centralism and strictly carry out the principle of democratic centralism.The young cadres must implement 'four-obeys' consciously try their best to carry out the principle of democratic centralism and reinforce four conscious nesses including consciousness of studying,whole situation,responsibility and system.
