重庆与京、津、沪城市化水平比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Urbanization between Chongqing, Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai

从非农业人口比重、第三产业比重、基础设施和住宅建设水平、对外开放程度等方面比较,重庆市城市化水平较京、津、沪都明显处于低水平,而且城市化进程缓慢。应调整产业结构,加快基础设施建设,加大改革开放力度,促进重庆城市化发展。

The urbanization level of Chongqing is clearly lower than Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai and the process of urbanization is very slow because of poor change in non-agricultural population, the poor third industry infrastructure and poor housing construction. Urbanization of Chongqing can be developed by adjusting industry structures, by accelerating construction of infrastructure and by further reforming and opening up to outside world.
