数字现金是基于网络银行的电子货币演化的产物,随着数字现金的普及应用,它迅速挤占现金通货纸币的位置以及替代存款类电子货币的某些发育形态,使货币供应内生性增强。无论央行是否加强监管,基础货币Mb的总趋势将逐渐减少,使货币乘数K1、K2都将趋向下降,而且K2比K1下降更快;使货币供应量Ms1*和Ms2*都将下降,而且Ms2*比Ms1*下降得快些;使货币流通速度在初期(以V0为主)将随M0*趋向减少而呈下降的态势,而在后期E*、VE都将趋向增大,M1*的总量却将因其流动速度的极快以及向Mn*转化的总趋势,将导致其留存时间极短而总量趋向降低,则货币流通速度(以VE为主)将转而呈上升趋势。可以推测,数字现金将逐渐成为现金纸币通货和存款通货的最佳替代者,成为未来数字货币时代的主要流通货币形式之一。

Digital cash based on Internet Bank is the result evolved by electronic money. The fact that digital cash takes up the place of the currency, the deposit money and other ex-period forms of the digitalized electronic money, accelerates the evolution of the form and function of the currency, and changes the form and definition of money. The influence on currency supply and currency flow speed is studied. Finally, this paper indicates that currency multiple K1 and K2 will decrease, and the latter will decrease faster than the former, that the trend of the fundamental currency Mb is decreasing slightly, that the currency supply Ms1* and Ms2* will decrease and the latter is decreasing faster than the former and that the tend of currency flow speed shows the style which the currency speed increases at first, and then decreases at last with the popularity and spread of digital cash.
