摘要 本文提出了以meso-四(4-三甲铵基苯)卟啉为显色剂的双波长分光光度法同时测定微量铁和铜的方法.测定铁和铜的波长对分别为392.0—420.0nm和413.0—357.5nm.铁、铜量均在0.4~2.6μg/25ml范围内成直线关系.应用本法测定了自来水、精镁样品中铁、铜的含量,准确度和精密度都令人满意. A sensitive dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of trace Fe and Cu, based on the formation of colour complexes of the two metals with the meso-tetra ( p-trimethylammoninm phcnyl ) porphyrin in pH 4.5-5.5 buffer medium. The pairs of wavelength o'f the determination of Fe and Cu are 392.0-420.4nm and 413.0-357.5nm respectively. The calibratio'n curves are rectilinear in the range of 0.4-2.6ug/25ml for Fe and Cu. This method has been applied to the direct simultaneous determination of Fe and Cu in the tap water and pure magnisium with satisfactory results.
