摘要
在pH=3含氯化钾的甲酸—甲酸钠缓冲溶液中,金(Ⅲ)与茜素紫共存时,在-0.79V有一还原峰,峰高与金浓度在1.25×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围有良好的线性关系,大量铜、银无干扰.成功地测定了铜阳极泥和矿石中的金.对极谱波的性质也进行了研究.
In formic acid/ sodium formate buffer(pH 3), by using oscillopolarography at -0.79 V presen a. sensitive polardgraphic peak of the system of gold and alzarin violet.Thers is a linear dependence of peak height on gold concentration over a range of 1.25×10-7- 1.0× 10-5 mol/L. A large amount of Ag and Cu did not interfere. This method has been successfully applied to determine trace gold in ores and anodic mud.
The behaviour and the reason of the presence of the polarographic peak are also discussed,
