介绍了开发并联坐标测量机的意义。讨论了可实现六坐标运动的各种并联机构 ,确定以演化的Stew art平台作为并联六坐标测量机的结构 ,并按空间闭环机构对其进行了自由度分析。介绍了并联六坐标测量机的工作原理 ,设计了控制与测量系统。
The significance of developing parallel mechanism CMMs is introduced. The parallel mechanisms that can realize six-coordinate motion are discussed. The evolved Stewart platform is defined as the structure of six-freedom-degree parallel mechanism CMM. According to the closed circuit space mechanism, the freedom-degree of defied structure is analyzed. The working principle of six-freedom-degree parallel mechanism CMM is introduced and its control and measuring system is designed.
