摘要
介绍了并联机床虚拟产品设计系统 (PMT VPDS)的基本框架及其子系统功能。开发了原型系统 ,构建了项目管理体系、型谱库、组件库和零件库 ,实现了并联机构概念设计与运动学设计子系统的基本功能。PMT VPDS系统将为并联机床的设计开发提供一个集成的虚拟设计环境 。
The basic framework of Virtual Product Design System for Parallel Machine Tools (PMT VPDS) and functions of three subsystems are introduced. The archetypal system is developed. Based on the project management system, parallel mechanism library, component library and part library, the first subsystem, which is for parallel mechanisms concept design and kinematics design, is developed and basic functions are realized. PMT VPDS can provide an integrated virtual design environment for the development of parallel machine tools and shorten the development cycle.
