摘要 通过切削试验 ,验证了硬质合金刀片断续切削时产生裂纹而导致破损主要是由热应力引起的论点 ,并在试验中观测到断续切削时硬质合金刀具破损的形式主要为切削刃崩刃和前刀面局部剥落。 Through the cutting experiment, the viewpoint that the cracks and failures of carbide inserts in interrupted cutting are mainly caused by thermal stress is verified. In the interrupted cutting experiment, it is observed that the main failure modes of carbide inserts are tipping and local breaking off on the rake face.
