摘要
对NGW型行星齿轮传动优化设计方法进行了研究 ,采用了网格法 ,提出了分层分步优化策略 ,实现了体积小、模数小、应力均衡的目标 ,有效地缩短了运行时间。
The optimum design methods are discussed for type NGW planetary gear transmission. Using a net method the strategy of graded and stepped optimum design are put forward. The design objects of minimal volume,minimal module and balanced stresses are accomplished and the running time is effectively reduced. From a requirement of practicality, the control methods of optimum design are proposed.
