摘要
本文介绍了一种汉字拼音首字符识别的原理和在VisualBasic中的具体实现 ,并阐述了该方法在信息系统中方便用户查询的应用。
The principle of identifying the first letter of Chinese phonetic alphabet and its realizaion via VB are introduced. The application of the method in information system is also explained.
