摘要
摇臂雕刻机是通过转角实现直线运动,具有工作空间大,运动灵活但控制难等特点,本文介绍摇臂数控雕刻机机械设计结构特点,给出了具体的转角反求计算公式及其插补算法,并结合摇臂特点采用交流伺服驱动开发出一套相应的基于Windows98高性能数控系统软件。经过实际使用,取得良好效果。
Beam-rotatable machines can realize the linear movement through angular rotation andare characterized with large working space, flexible motion and difficult control. Thispaper will introduce the design and structural features of CNC beam-rotatable engravingmachines and provide detailed reversed angular calculating formulae and interpolationalgorithm. We developed a high-performance software package with AC servo drivebased on windows 98. This system has been put into practical use and proved toachieve good results.
