摘要
设计了某轻型客车白车身试验悬挂系统,运用实验模态分析方法,测得了结构的频响函数,确定了系统的模态特征;并测得了车身质量,测试结果为修正其有限元动力学模型提供了重要依据,从而为实现整车轻量化设计和动态设计奠定了基础,也为大型复杂结构模态试验提供了参考。
This paper designed the testing hang system of light car body in white, using experimentmode analysis method, got the frequency response function of the structure and themodal characteristics and mass of the system. The experiment provided importantfoundation for modify the finite element dynamic model and reality its lighten design, andoffered the reference for the modal experiment of great complex structure.
