摘要
为了评定电能表转动部分的质量,在新的行业标淮(JB/T546.2-2XXX)中出了阻力矩(不包括圆盘切割永久磁通和交变磁通产生的制动力矩和自制动力矩)的要求。本文分析了阻力矩的形成原因,并介绍了四种测量方法。同时,分析了此四种方法的优缺点和第三种、第四种方法的测量误差。本文指出,在没有专门的光电记录仪器时,用第三种简化运转法是最好的选择。因此,在行业标准JB/5467.2-2XXX的附录B中介绍了这种简化运转法。
For estimating the quality of rotor system for induction meter,the new special-ized standard JB/T5467.2-2XXX proposed the quality requirement,i.e.resisting moment of rotor system.But it do not include the brake torque and self-brake torque produced by the disc cut the permanent -magnet flux and the alternating-magnet-flux.In this treatise,we discussed the form of the resisting moment and its four measuring methods; meantime,analyzed the merits and demerits of the four methods and the measuring er-rors of third & fourth methods.In the end,it explained that the simplified revolution method is the best choose,when die special photoelectric recorder is absent.Therefore.the simplified revolution method is added to the appendix B of the standard JB/T54672-2XXX.
