摘要
利用单片机外围接口芯片PSD934FZ中包含的8块32KByte主闪速存储器(MainFlash memory)和4块8KByte第二闪速存储器(Secondary Flash memory),通过对程序存储空间采用分页的办法,让CPU轮流工作在两页程序上,使得80C196KC单片机程序可以在大于64KB的空间上运行。在不增加硬件开销的情况下实现程序空间的扩充。
A method for expanding memory space of MCS-96 user's program is given. In this method,the main 8×32KB Flash memory and secondary 4×8KB Flash memory contained PSDXX is used as memory space of 80C196KC user's code by memory pag-ing. CPU can access the paged memory in turn. So, additional hardware is not needed.
