国内循证医学文献计量学分析

The Analysis on Bibliometrics of Domestic Evidence-based Medicine

目的 :了解国内循证医学的发展趋势和状况。方法 :利用中国生物医学文献光盘数据库 (CBMdisc) ,用关键词和主题词检索出 1996至 2 0 0 0年国内发表的有关循证医学论文 ,应用文献计量学的方法对其进行统计分析研究。结果 :检出论文 86篇 ,文献量呈逐年增长趋势。循证医学国内研究热点为临床医学、药物学临床研究及心血管疾病等领域 ,但相当一部分为重复性的循证医学介绍 ,创新性不强 ,深入研究不够。国内刊载循证医学的核心期刊是《华西医学》、《中华医院管理杂志》、《中国中医药信息杂志》和《医学与哲学》。国内对循证医学研究的科研力量主要分布在华西医科大学、首都医科大学和天津医科大学。

Objective:To explore the research trends and statuses of evidence-based medicine.Methods:Analyzing the articles related with EBM from 1996 to 2000 by bibliometrics,which were from CBMdisc database by headings.Results:86 articles were found out from the database.The number of articles was increasing.The study was mainly on clinical medicine,clinical pharmacology,cardiovascular disease and so on,but many articles were introductions to evidence-based medicine repeatedly,their innovations were weak and deepness of their study was superficial.Those important journals on domestic evidence-based medicine are West China Medical Journal,Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration,Chinese Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine,Medicine and Philosophy.Study on evidence-based medicine in China was mainly focused on West China University of Medical Sciences,Tianjin University of Medical Sciences and Capital University of Medical Sciences.
