消化管憩室肿瘤:附4例报告

Tumors of Digestive Tract Diverticula:Report of 4 Cases

目的 :探讨消化管憩室伴发肿瘤的影像学特征。材料和方法 :食管憩室伴发鳞癌 2例、胃和小肠憩室伴发平滑肌肉瘤各 1例。采用气 -钡双对比造影 4例及CT双期扫描 1例。均经病理证实。结果 :消化管憩室肿瘤中 :4例病灶均位于憩室壁 ;壁部分受累 2例 ,全部受累 2例。 4例均显示粘膜紊乱、中断 ,壁僵硬、充盈缺损。结论 :消化管憩室区出现粘膜紊乱、中断、充盈缺损及邻近管腔僵硬是伴发肿瘤的影像学特征。

Objective:To detect imaging appearances of tumors arising from digestive tract diverticula.Materials and Methods:Two cases of carcinomas from esophgeal diverticulum and two leimyosarcomas from gastric and small bowel diverticula respectively were reported by air-barium contrast in 4 cases and CT scan during arterial portography in one cases.All of them were confirmed by pathology.Results:The lesions located in or on the wall of diverticula;the wall of the diverticula were involved partially and wholly in two cases;the mucosal folds were irregular or interrupted and the wall of the lumens were rigid and showed filling defect.Conclusion:Tumors arising in diverticula possessed the same imaging appearances as other common tumors in the digestive tract with irregular and interrupted mucosa,sign of filling defect,and rigid wall at the site of the lesions.
