摘要 目的 :探讨生长抑素类似物对人原发性肝癌细胞SMMC - 772 1增殖的影响。方法 :运用MTT比色法分析生长抑素类似物对体外肝癌细胞生长的影响。结果 :生长抑素类似物 8肽和 14肽均可抑制肝癌细胞SMMC -772 1增殖 ,存在量效和时效关系 ,且 14肽作用强于相同浓度的 8肽。结论 :生长抑素类似物可抑制肝癌细胞SMMC - 772 1的增殖。 Objective:To investigate the effects of somatostain's analogs on the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell SMMC-7721.Method:The effects of somatostain's analogs on proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell in vivo by using MTT were studied.Results:Somatostain 14 and somatostain 8 both had a dose-dependent and time-dependent inhibition of proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells and somatostain 14 was superior to somatostain 8 as the same concetration.Conclusion:The analogs of Somatostain have antiproliferation effect on SMMC-7721.
