新的抗病毒药——咪喹莫特 被引量：5

摘要 咪喹莫特(Imiquimod)属咪唑喹啉类化合物,为小分子免疫调节剂.美国FDA 1997年批准3M公司将5%咪喹莫特乳剂用于治疗外生殖器/肛周疣.生殖器疣(Genital Wart,GW)或尖锐湿疣(Condylomata Acuminata,CA)是由人乳头状瘤病毒(Human Papilloma Virus,HPV)引起的最常见性传播疾病(sexsual transmited diseases,STD)之一.
