摘要
科技持续创新能力是国家经济能否持续、稳定增长的决定因素。如何增强我国科技持续创新能力 ,应针对科技意识、科技体制、科技教育、科技人才和科技立法五个方面的难关 。
The sustained innovation ability of sci-tech is decisive factor which can influence whether the state economy will be increased constantly and steadily or not.How to strengthen sustained innovation ability of sci-tech in China.this paper points out relevant countermeasures and five difficulties which include sci-tech consciousness,sci-tech education,sci-tech talents and sci-tech legislation.
