随着知识经济的发展 ,高等教育在未来社会中的地位日趋重要 ,鉴于教育的特殊性 ,将其完全纳入市场经济轨道或是由政府一方办学都会阻碍教育的发展。而教育的产业化改革 ,能促使教育真正地提高质量、保证数量 ,实现培养人才的终极目标。

With the rapid development of knowledge economy,the higher education plays more important role in the near future.Due to its special characteristics of education,it would be resisted for the forward development of higher education if it is put in the path of market economy or running it only by the goverment.There is the only way to regard it as the property of society,hence the improvement of the quality for higher education could be possible and the overall objective for training and bringing up a great deal of young people with ability can be realized.The paper presents an important discussion about the necessity with regard higher education as property and the way of supporting it with proper systems.
