摘要 1 引言为了寻找性能更好的氧化物超导体,人们对 Y-Ba-Cu-O 系氧化物作了多种元素替代。我们制备了 Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 系氧化物,测量了交、直流磁化率和电阻与温度的关系。 The samples of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductors was preparedby sintering and casting techniques have been studied.Two super conductivephases have been observed in a casting sample,which was casted at 1100℃and heat treated at 850℃ after solidification.The magnetic properties of thissample are as follows,the diamagnetic transition temperature of the twophases are 122 and 92K,respectively.The resistivity vs temperature curvedeviates from linearity at about 120K and decreases abruptly at 92K.Theelectric resistance approaches zero at 82K.The magnetic susceptibility of thecasting sample in the normal state independent on the temperature.
