自我实现问题是当今社会普遍关注的理论和实践问题，需要从实 践唯物主义哲学的角度加以理解。实践在自我实现主体的形成、目标的确立、过程的实施和 效果的评价等方面都起着决定性的作用，而这种作用的发挥又是在个人实践与社会实践的交 互作用中进行的。

The problem of self-realization needs to be comprehen ded from the philosophical angle. It is the practice that plays a decisiv e role in the forming self-realization body,establishing the aim, carring out t he process, estimating the effect,etc. The self-realization is carried out thro ugh individual practice and social practice and both of them are influenced each other.
